Description
Composition:Hemp oil is extracted from the seeds of the plant.
It is mainly composed of fatty acids which are unsaturated fatty acids (between 9% and 14% omega 9) and saturated fatty acids (between 8% and 10% stearic acid and palmaic acid).
However, there are the majority of polyunsaturated fatty acids. These are 17 to 20% omega-3 fatty acids and 55 to 60% omega-6 fatty acids. This makes it one of the richest omega-3 vegetable oils in the cosmetic world.
This vegetable oil contains other ingredients such as vitamins A and E but also vitamins B1, B2 and B6. There are also essential amino acids, gamma tocopherols, beta-caryophyllene and beta-sitosterol.
