The house is a 4 bedroom (2 single 2 double) with one and a half bathrooms a large Living room and Kitchen. There is a large rear garden excellent for the summer. Two single rooms are available from 23 May. The rent is only 325 euro each. There is a double room available for the same price or 400 euro if you are a couple. There is an option to stay one month only or an option for a short term lease (6 months)or year lease at 1300 euro per month. Located only 10 mins walk from Bayside Dart Station from which is a 20 minute trip into town or a 10 minute trip to Howth. Please call 087.288.8118 if you are interested in seeing the house.
