Hi I m a 35-yr old American professional with a fantastic South County home in a gated community. Simply stated my wife and I are getting a divorce and she s returned to the States. I m not capable of caring for the house myself. I don t need a roommate to help pay the bills but I do need some help with the folowing tasks Cooking maybe 3 times a week Sweeping Mopping Dusting Cleaning windows Sinks Toilets Making beds Laundry Grocery shopping (budget provided) Salary Not provided. Only free housing. Because of this I understand that you ll have your own job and these matters will have to be done outside of your normal work hours. You should be clean (obviously) have transportation (although we re right near a bus stop) enjoy conversation and able to perform the tasks required. In exchange you ll have a lovely room Fully Furnished and never touched. We furnished it and turned it into a guest room that has never been used.
