Very nice Twin and Triple rooms available for the Summer period in a very well located area of Dublin. The house is 4 km from the city centre and has a wide range of employment opportunities in close proximity to the house. Hotels etc. There is a security deposit of 400 euro and rent is payable monthly in advance. Rent for a twin is 120 per week per person. Rent for the triple is 105 per person per week. The minimum stay is 4 weeks. The accommodation is clean and of a high standard. We welcome all nationalities but we will seek previous accommodation references as well as work references when you gain employment. The accommodation is available from June 3rd until August 19th.
