We re on the hunt for a strong manager to lead this team to high performance during an exciting and changing time in this company s development. You ll be managing a team of 4 developers who specialise in Sharepoint BizTalk .Net Bi and Crm with a total of 80 applications. The business groups within the It department work very closely on projects. This role will involve The hands on management and leadership of a capable team of Microsoft developers Developing positive relationships throughout It and other business groups Evaluating and improving processes Documentation Estimating costing and capacity planning Much more. To be eligible for this role it s expected that you ll have around 10 years of It experience have come from a Microsoft development background and have at least 3 years team lead experience. You ll have good knowledge of SharePoint BizTalk as well as .Net and preferably Microsoft Crm and Bi. This role isn t hands on technically the focus will be around management business relationships and leadership. This role will initially be for 9 months and ideally we d like to have someone on the ground before May.
