Business Analyst (Sydney)
Description
You will act as liaison between the business and technical teams as well as other related parties. You may be required to work on multiple projects and change initiatives where you will elicit analyse communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes and information systems. Responsibilities in this role will include Identify and engage with stakeholders to elicit and manage business requirements. Analyse document and improve business processes. Participate in Rfi Rfp processes in technology evaluation and selection. Actively participate in the development of business cases. Set high standards of performance measure results and work actively to continuously improve. Assist others to achieve excellence by providing balanced feedback and coaching. The successful applicant will have the following skills experience education At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst. Appreciation of project management and development methodologies. Demonstrated ability to engage and build professional relationships with people at all levels of the organisation. Strong communication skills (written oral Knowledge of Babok or other professional bodies of knowledge for Business Analysis would be an advantage. Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in the retail industry are highly regarded. This job will be successfully carried out by utilising your ability to build strong relationships demonstrating your innovative analysis skills and working in a great team to satisfy business needs.
