Senior Asp.Net Developer Wanted Permanant Role Established Team Inner Sydney A great role in a fun digital agency established team open and light warehouse enviroment. As part of a full digital company that has been integrated into a growing traditional agency this role will encourage and stretch your .Net skills. We have a permanent role funding is approved. Position summary The position of Senior Developer is a key role in the Development Services team responsible for the design implementation re-factoring and ongoing maintenance of websites and software applications as well as product development and associated marketing collateral. Senior developers are also responsible for mentoring and management of the more junior members of the development team as well as the quality of output from other members of the team. Skills qualifications Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Exceptional object-oriented design skills. Knowledge of Mvc design pattern desirable. Minimum of 3 years commercial experience developing web applications using the following technologies and applications Asp.Net 1.1 2.0 3.0 (C Xhtml Css Javascript Ecmascript (experience with object oriented javascript using the prototype library would be beneficial Experience with Ajax libraries (Atlas Asp.Net Ajax Anthem.Net script.aculo.us) an advantage Xml Xslt Internet Information Services (Iis) 5 6 7 Microsoft Sql Server 2000 or 2005 (Access Oracle or MySQL also beneficial Experience in the following beneficial Php Java Jsp Rails Experience using source control technologies is required (Subversion preferable Experience in the following products technologies would be beneficial Microsoft Content Management Server 2002 Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 .Net certification desirable. Must have worked within and have an understanding of a structured software development life cycle. Commercial experience of Agile approach. Extensive experience writing and consuming web services.
