Job Description This position encompasses first level support maintenance and administration either remotely or on customer premises of voice equipment including Pabxs Voice Applications and peripheral devices. The position will report to the Senior Voice Support Engineer Voice Maintenance. Work unsupervised on various customer sites On call periodically typically for 1 week in 5 subject to training The Successful Applicant Excellent technical experience with Nortel Meridian Pabxs Ability to perform remote or onsite diagnostics without prior knowledge of the existing configuration Strong Customer skills Ability to prioritise tasks Ability to learn new technologies What s on offer A competitive salary package coupled with excellent career development and personal benefits.
