As the Web producer you will be in a crucial role bridging the gap between the technical team and sales and marketing. In this capacity you would be looking after all content features development and applications for the customer partner and internal web sites. Working within a global framework there will be scope for design mentoring from a technical standpoint and importantly working closely with the stakeholders to provide innovative solutions to there content requirements. First line responsibility for the integrity quality delivery output development and on-going maintenance of all content features and applications available on the Australian and New Zealand (Anz) customer partner training and internal web properties Work closely with local Anz business stakeholders delivering on their content demands as well as providing innovative solutions to their business functional requirements Work on a global in collaboration with your team colleagues located in Singapore and members of the Emea team Be responsible for the in-line management and leadership of a local internal web development team About You Strong technical background with at least 5 years experience in a online marketing environment and your passion for web site and application design means you have exceptional skills in Css Xhtml Javascript Xml Jsp and Java. Expertise and use of web and emarketing methodologies and techniques such as Search engine optimisation and adwords integrated emarketing delivery and email and web page optimization Excellent executional knowledge in desktop publishing applications including DreamWeaver PhotoShop and Flash you also have proven experience of enterprise content management systems Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills with multi-level communication experience. The Role Provide advice to key Anz stakeholders on how to best leverage the global online processes and infrastructure with appropriate web technologies to achieve strategic e-business objectives. Execution or assignment to other team members of content request tasks submitted by content owners Tactical content processing production and publishing decision making Project management of web site and be-spoke application development.
