Lead Web Developer Programmer 60K to 80K Incentives Full-Time Position We are a small to medium business in Sydney expanding nationally with rapid growth in the web development industry and require a key individual to lead our programming team as a developer and programmer. The successful candidate will need to be a good communicator team leader client consultant and aid our organization to develop short-term and long-term operations solutions required to become the most efficient production development team possible under our growing work demands. Development Services Preferred Front-end Development Web Development in Php E-commerce sites Content Management system Bulletin Board Database development Technology Experience Preferred Php Flash Action Script and other dynamic languages MySQL Html Xhtml Xml Ajax Experience with WordPress is a plus The successful applicant must have the ability to draft and author website technical specification documents be an effective communicator and work closely with clients to meet their needs. You should be able to demonstrate having worked on a variety of websites as well as in a group environment. You will have a minimum experience of 3 years strong communication skills and to provide positive contributions in skills and attitude within the development team.
