There are floor boards throughout and the bedrooms are large. There is a grassed backyard and covered Bbq area with views to Manly. The house is 5 mins from Freshwater beach and 20 mins to Manly. I am a 36yo professional male sporty and social and looking for relaxed fun house mates. There are two rooms available. Rates incl all bills.
