I m looking for a flatmate for my nice flat near the beach in Queenscliff (which is the north end of Manly beach if you don t know the area The flat is quite spacious with a balcony close to the bus to the city and the bus to the ferry. It s about 4 mins walk to the beach. Looking for someone (reasonably) tidy and professional to share. Looking for a non-smoker. Rent is 170 a week bills are about 40 every quarter. 4 weeks bond required.
