The room available is a large room with polished floor and doors which open onto the front porch. You ll be sharing the main bathroom (which has a spa shower and toilet) with one other person. The house is new and modern it has a large living area a sunny courtyard a new modern kitchen and three modern bathrooms. The house has floorboards throughout and has been recently painted. All the furniture is supplied except in the empty bedroom (and if you have a fridge that d be great otherwise we re getting one really soon to replace our little fridge You ll be sharing with a male and 2 females in our mid-twenties. We hold professional jobs in the city. We are easy going and fun we like to party see live music go to the beach play sport on the weekends and we are also fairly social during the week. We are looking for a twenty-something young professional or student with a good job. We would prefer a commitment of one year but would consider 6 months. Basically we have no problems as long as you are easy-going fun and friendly but still responsible. Email or call to set up a time to check out the place.
