Lounge room easily fits 2 couches and coffee table and entire tv set up. Gas heating in lounge rm. Reasonably large kitchen and manageable bathroom brand new shower is being installed in the next few months) also a bath separate to the shower. Separate Toilet Separate laundry. Dining room. Backyard is perfect for entertaining with no lawn to maintain. Half sheltered half open but shaded by vines and tree. Entire house is carpeted excluding dining rm bathroom and kitchen. I have all the main appliances but welcome more furniture art kitchen stuff. Looking for someone great to share a home with myself and other housemate. I like to think of the house as more of a home than just a sharehouse. Therefore I m looking for someone who likes to have a laugh and hangout have some drinks watch dvds etc together but also give each other space to do our own thing. I am looking for someone that takes pride in the house and considers everyone else living here. I like to have people over for dinner drinks general hanging out but never go too crazy especially on worknights. I want everyone else in the house to feel like they can have friends over hang out with my friends that are over etc. Aged between 21-30. Im not too fussed about food sharing etc. And bills will be shared evenly. My current housemate is moving out mid june and therefore will need you around that time. 300 bond Only.
