Loophole tenants play a crucial part in keeping the space up and running not only through paying rent but also by working as a part of the Loophole collective. This involves ensuring that Loophole is open and inclusive keeping the space tidy organising events spending time downstairs and helping fundraise to cover Loophole s costs. In order to ensure that Loophole remains open tenants are asked to make a minimum three-month commitment and to give a month s notice of intent to leave. There is one large sunny room available that can be used as either a bedroom or two to three studio space. You will have 24- hour access to the community centre an exhibition and events space downstairs access to Loophole s communal arts supplies sewing machines and computers. All the bills including wireless internet are covered. You also get to be involved in an exciting and dynamic artistic and political space. The bedroom costs 150 week. Two shared studio spaces costs 80 week and three shared studio spaces cost 60 week. The room is available 1st of May.
