We are moving to country Victoria for work and are looking for someone to take over our lease which expires on October 5 2008 with the option to renew after this. We are looking for someone to take over Asap subject to agency landlord application process and approval. The place is a very good sized 2 bedroom unit in Bayswater North. It is a 5 minute drive to Bayswater station (45 minutes to the city by train) there is a bus stop across the road and another one around the corner (1 minute walk 10-15 minute drive to either Knox City or Eastland 5 minutes to Canterbury Gardens Shopping Centre. Both the bedrooms have built in robes with shelves. The main bedroom is an excellent size (3.7 x 3.6m) and the second bedroom is also quite generous (3.6 x 3.0m The bathroom is very modern with a separate shower full bath and excellent cabinet and cupboard space. Separate toilet and separate laundry in excellent condition. The lounge room is huge and has cathedral ceilings and there is plenty of space for a dining setting. The kitchen is relatively small but also in excellent condition with good cupboard space and almost new oven stove. There are two courtyards the front courtyard is accessible from a lockable gate from outside or from the lounge room via sliding door. The back courtyard is accessible from another lockable gate from outside or from the laundry. There is a single lock up garage garden shed in excellent condition and small lawn area and well maintained garden out the back which is fully fenced. There is visitor parking on the block as well as another car space for the unit itself. There is a pool which is exclusively for the residents of the block practically at the front door as well as lovely gardens with heaps of trees lawn a basketball area and cricket pitch. The gardens are maintained by the body corporate including the front lawn of the unit. The only maintenance required by the tenant is for the back lawn and garden. It is a very quiet block with fantastic neighbours and a really nice homely feel to it. Heating is gas cooking and hot water are both electric. Overall the place is in excellent condition (a few marks on walls just standard rental property stuff though) and is very reasonably priced at 230 per week 997 per calendar month) considering how tight the rental market is at the moment.
