Hithe house is a 1940 s californian bungalow with a good size backyard a decent 4 burner bbq and Wireless Internet The room is a small double (pictured below) and comes unfurnished but with a small built in robe and set of drawers. Around the corner from a newsagent milk-bar bottle shop 2 hairdressers pizza shop chemist beauty salon and a bus stop into footscray station. its approx 6-7 mins walk from west footscray train station also. were looking for someone fairly cruisy and moderately sociable but not a nutter (there s already 2 here) to share with us-2 males 23 29 y.o. both working week-days. were into music- going to the odd gig a beer after work and a chinwag. Though cruisy I think we are also quite neat n tidy let me know when you have a look. Male female- preferably 24-99 year olds apply Non smoker preffered but outside otherwise. No cats but a dog would be considered (outside only) and there are currently no pets here unless you consider the odd ant in the sugar bowl. Thanx for reading. Jez Jim
