Luna Madre Midwifery places safety for mother and baby as the highest goal, which means that occasionally transporting to the hospital is indicated.I am lucky to work with enthusiastic and committed midwifery students. These wonderful folks accompany me to appointments and births and have exceptional communication, midwifery care, and personal homebirth experience. They are all studying to become midwives and are at different stages in their journey. I wholeheartedly support the training and licencing of more midwives, and it brings me great satisfaction to see them develop in their education. I'm now taking applications from preceptors who are already in midwifery school. Please contact me if you have any further questions.
