I eat a well-balanced, organically driven diet and exercise daily. I only take a daily high quality prenatal vitamin that includes DHA & calcium. I do not drink caffeine & have a very limited dairy intake, and do not eat spicy foods. Absolutely no smoking, alcohol or drug use. Disease free.

Only the highest standards are observed. All milk is handled in as sanitary a manner as practicable. I am highly educated in the appropriate ways to manage milk and I maintain those standards
