Resolve Brother printer not printing yel
Description
I have a ink jet Brother mfc240c printer. Recently Brother Printer not printing yellow. I replaced the cartridge and still no yellow ink comes out on print outs. All other colors print fine (black, cyan magenta), just not the yellow.I have tried cleaning the print heads and a deep power clean, through the menus on the printer itself. The ink monitor shows all ink levels to be full.This issue can occur if an ink cartridge(s) is or was installed in the wrong position (slot) in the machine. When a cartridge is installed, the ink tube system is filled with the ink from the cartridges, to prepare the machine for printing. If the cartridge is in the wrong position the tube will fill with the wrong color.
I am using compatible brother ink cartridges and haven't had an issues out of them for
