Shoreline Treatment Center, Inc., is seeking an experienced Insurance Billing and Office Administrator. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of institutional electronic and paper claims submission and reconciliation experience. Must be proficient in the following software: Medisoft / Relay Health Quickbooks Microsoft Office applications Responsibilities include: All claims submission and reconciliation Auditing of EOB s and follow up on all inappropriately paid claims or denials Insurance varification Interaction and communication with clients and families regarding financial responsibilities. Follow up and ongoing collections of aged accounts All accounts payable and receivable management and input using Quickbooks. Preperation of financial reports using Quickbooks and Excel for Clinical Director and CPA Payroll reporting and management, in collaboration with outside vendor. Supply ordering New hire paperwork Facilities management Other responsibilites as needed. In addition to the technical skills described above, we are seeking an individual who has excellent interpersonal skills. We are a small and compassionate treatment center dealing with individuals, families and outside professional organizations who are sometimes overwhelmed with their circumstances.
