Title: Department Coordinator - ACATS Type: Full-time Salary: Negotiabl e based on experience Job Description: Our ACATS Dept. has an excellent career opportunity for the right individual. The department coordinator provides primary clerical support including: · Data entry/input; · Filing; · Answer multi-line dept. phones, take messages, direct calls; In addition, the selected individual will be trained to perform basic regulatory and compliance functions including: · Monitor asset transfer activity; · Review account activity to ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies. Requirements: BA/BS in business or related subject preferred; at least 1 year of related clerical work experience, preferably in a financial services/banking environment required. Prior experience in a securities/brokerage firm highly desirable. Also: · Must be highly computer literate and proficient in MS Word and Excel and Outlook; · Ability to quickly learn new, proprietary software programs. · Strong customer service and phone skills; · Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills; · Knowledge of basic, general office procedures, equipment and processes; · Analytical, self-starter with ?Can-Do? attitude.
