Many new episodes are also available for purchase on download services such as iTunes, Amazon Instant Video, or with a streaming subscription to Hulu. If you can receive all other ABC channels except ABC HD, the most likely cause is your television or set top box is not compatible with high definition broadcasts in MPEG-4. Newer televisions have this capability, but if you are currently unable to watch ABC HD don't worry there is no exclusive content on ABC HD.
