Well spoken? Like Property? We are a small(ish) friendly basement company who are expanding and therefore looking for 2 Estimators Salespeople. You will be completing the full sales cycle from the initial enquiry visiting people and property throughout the capital pricing and negotiating the final contract. You do not need direct experience but familiarisation with property construction surveying or engineering is an advantage. You will need to be well spoken numerate proactive educated and with good written English. You will also need a full clean driving licence and a presentable car is a bonus. Please respond with a copy of your Cv and describe why you would be suited to the role. Salary is £25-35k basic depending on experience reviewed after 6 months with an uncapped bonus scheme.
