Want to become a Manager with the world s largest catering company. If you have a catering qualification and or supervisory experience we want to hear from you This is a structured 12-month programme with individual portfolios which provide the opportunity to train and develop your management skills with the UK s largest food services organisation in one of its fastest evolving business sectors. Once you have completed the programme you will be placed in a management role within the Compass Group. The programme will consist of a blended mix of academic and practical learning. Your operational role will be supplemented by exposure to a variety of training workshops central support functions and hands on experience of a variety of hospitality events across the business. We will equip you with the necessary technical and people management skills to perform at a management level within our business with plenty of scope for you to take your career further.
