Our client a leading investment bank is looking for someone to join the client service team. The team is responsible for the processing of derivative settlements for non-interbank counterparts. Our client base consists of hedge funds asset managers corporates and central banks. The job covers both interest and credit derivatives. Agreeing and calculating settlement figures Management of cash fail Extensive interaction with clients both internally and externally Identify problems as they arise and understand when these need to be escalated Responsible for the processing of derivative settlements for non-interbank counterparts Understanding of products Skills Experience Good problem solving skills are a necessity Ability to maintain and build excellent client relationships Great organisational ability Ability to multitask and prioritise Must communicate in a clear and concise way European language skills preferred Great team player
