Regulatory Reporting Analyst (United Kingdom, London)

My client has excellent opportunity to join one of the largest banks in the world and an ideal opportunity for an ambitious person looking for a challenging career within finance. The successful candidate will be working alongside the current regulatory reporting team in-respect of all of the duties below. A " hands on" and flexible approach is required. Monitor capital adequacy liquidity requirements and large foreign currency exposures. Prepare Bank of England and Fsa regulatory returns and related management information. Perform analytical reviews and resolve questions from regulatory bodies. Liaise with other groups within the organisation to understand transactions and information flows so as to correctly capture the information and report the details. Monitor developments in regulatory and business policies and implement changes as necessary. You must have the following to apply Qualified or part qualified accountant with good academic background. Recent work experience within a banking or financial services environment. Preferably within the regulatory reporting area. Some knowledge of UK and Us Gaap Experience of the LogicaCMG rframe regulatory reporting package preferred Applicants of all ages are encouraged and appointment will be made on merit alone.
