Our client a growing and entrepreneurial European based business with offices in 6 countries is currently looking for a Group Financial Director to bring knowledge and financial leadership to the business. Being based in either Europe or the UK and reporting in to the Ceo your responsibilities will include Consolidation of the group finances and overseeing both the audit and tax of the group Overall responsibility for regional financial offices (performance reporting compliance) Acquisition analysis on future expansion direct liaison with the Ceo Trouble shooting corporate secretarial of head companies and generally acting as the Ceo s confidant and right hand. Due to the nature of the business you will not be based in one central office and instead will work from home liaising directly with the business via phone and email and meeting once every two months with the small executive team in a European city. You will be highly motivated experienced enjoy taking ownership and be willing to travel. The business has grown dramatically over the last 2 years and there are plans for future expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial candidate with solid credentials and a financially focused mind.
