Our client is a leading Investment Bank that requires a currency operations analyst to directly support all aspects of the firm s global currency trading and sales activities. This includes direct trading and sales support institutional client support and service and risk management. The trade processing group within currency operations is responsible for ensuring smooth transaction processing for all trades executed by the foreign exchange sales and trading desks in London. Extensive and direct work with trading and sales ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected on the firm s books. Helping them to establish the service levels expected by our clients. Directly interacting with the firm s clients to ensure proper confirmation and settlement of all daily currency transactions. Strong focus on client service striving continually to maintain and improve our service to clients through leveraging our market leading infrastructure and resources. Actively manage operational risks related to all aspects of the currency business through confirmations settlements and relationship management. Support for the account opening process liaising with traders salespeople compliance credit and legal. Focus on process improvement and increased efficiency working to ensure client requests are managed efficiently at the same time as maximising control. Develop extensive knowledge of the Fx business its products and confirmation media and stay abreast of upcoming developments Skills Experience High level of team-orientation. High level of client focus and commercial awareness. Prior experience within settlements and confirmations an advantage. Comfortable in high-pressure environment. Strong technical and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. European language fluency an advantage but not essential. High energy and career success-oriented.
