The Division This is an opportunity to work in a UK Based International Services Company with offices in London Cape Town and Melbourne. The Accounting Division consisting of 65 70 staff globally is a high performing target driven friendly team working in an exciting busy customer focused environment dealing in all facets of consultations with clients seeking UK accounting and tax services. You will be part of an accounting business registered with Icaew (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales The Role This Management role in 1st Contact s Accounting Division will require someone who can demonstrate strong leadership potential and motivate and develop a team of consultants. This Accounting Manager will play a key role in ensuring that the necessary support functions in the Cape Town Office are undertaken and completed efficiently and effectively. Given this role is within a technical environment the successful applicant must show the ability to learn technical tax and accounting concepts and to train others effectively. The business is now looking to expand the support function in our Cape Town office which primarily supports the London office in its service offering to UK clients. It is a great entry Management role that will allow you to develop your leadership skills in a technical environment. There is the potential for financial support for professional studies for the right candidate.
