Outline of the Role Accounts role within a young and innovative home services company. You will have responsibility for managing the accounts department for the company. The role includes all day to day accountancy tasks as well as month-end accounts budgeting and statutory returns. You will be managing a small team sales ledger administrator and part time credit controller. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Preparation of month end accounts (includes all accruals prepayments P&L Cash Flow Balance sheet) Budgeting Standard bookkeeping task (e.g. posting supplier invoices) Suppliers payments Bank reconciliations Assisting with debt collection Bespoke reconciliations (e.g. Direct Debits contractual income) Processing monthly payroll Statutory returns Qualifications Skills Experience and Personal Requirements Previous experience with Sage Line 50 Enthusiastic with excellent organisation and time-management skills Good telephone manner and communication skills 5 year checkable work history Min A-level or equiv. educated or relevant experience It literate Word Excel Ms Outlook Sage (other accounting packages a bonus) The Package £150 200 per day depending on experience How To Apply Apply by email to Rose-Marie Healy Hr Manager For additional information about the company please refer to w.keyholding.com
