Management Accountant To £40 p h Canary Wharf Who they are Our prestigious client offers a broad range of investment banking and securities products and services to meet the needs of institutional clients companies and government bodies. This role in particular comes within the investment banking division specialising in a range of sectors including debt and equity underwriting sales and trading mergers and acquisitions investment research correspondent and prime brokerage services. The role The main aspect of this role is focussed around the branch reporting side as you will be responsible for setting up 13 locations. You will also establish a new process which will enable a month end review with the local managers building up a solid relationship and also conduct regional reporting for Dsam. In addition to the commercially related activities undertaken you will be also responsible for the set up of chart of accounts in key territories with the idea to establish mechanism for tracking saves achieved and extrapolation for forecast budget purposes. In addition to the functions noted there will also be an element of Financial Analyst work within the Dsm and Branches. What they require You will be a qualified accountant with strong experience of the management accounting functions. Analytical work is also beneficial and you should also have strong communication skills as you will be working closely with branch managers and senior staff members alike.
