Hi Looking for a friendly non-smoking flat mate to share a lovely fully furnished flat. Consists of two double bedrooms living room with dining table fitted and well equiped kitchen modern bathroom and W C (seperate) with shower bath and gch throughout. There is no permit required for parking (always spaces available) and the room for rent has a double bed wardrobe chest of drawers and book shelf. Its a 10 min bus ride to Byres Road and 20 mins to Glasgow city centre. There is a very regular 24 hour bus service running all week and a train station close by (Scotstoun-hill) I am a 24 year old young professional who enjoys the outdoors and socializing. Rent is £275 pcm and bills and council tax are shared (Band D I am currently working up north for a few months however am down on holiday around the second week in July.
