Impressive huh? The view of the bed the room and you can see Canary Wharf from the window. Its perfect during night time sitting next to your bed looking at those buildings. The room is located 1st floor theres a bathroom shower toilet on 1st floor and also another small toilet on the ground floor. There are 4 rooms in the house 3 doubles 1 single. Unfortunately theres no Living Room in this house. All housemates are around 23 33 years old. Friendly and outgoing people. If I dont have to move out and work somewhere far I would continue to stay in the house About the rent I rented this room from an agency. My contract actually ends on the 15th July 2008. However I need to move out on the 15th June 2008 therefore I need someone to replace me for a month (of course you can stay longer but initially you can sign for 1 month contract This means you get to judge and see if this house suits you for a month After 15th July if you decide to stay longer then you can sign for a longer contract. Also if youre going to replace me you dont have to pay any agency fees which is good. The rent is £130 pw which adds up to £562.90 pcm which covers council tax internet gas and electricity. If youre interested you must pay a deposit of £562.90 and first month rent £562.90. Therefore you would need to pay £1125.80 when we switch contract. If you want to roomshare this would not be a problem. If you want to share the room please let me know so that the agency can put 2 single beds rather than 1 double bed. The rent would be the same About location again Its located at Westferry but it takes only 10 minutes walk to Canary wharf I am not kidding this is true location wise the house is situated 3 minutes walk to Westferry Dlr station (which goes to Bank 10 minutes and Canary Wharf 5 minutes) 1 minute walk to local shops (if you need grocery shops at last minute) 3 minutes walk to Take-away shop. For Lidl it takes 10-15 minutes walk and Canary Wharf shopping (where Tesco and Waitrose are) takes only 10 minutes walk. Loads of frequent buses. Bus 15 goes to Aldgate Bank St Pauls Oxford Street Regent Street Trafalqar Square Paddington. Bus 115 to Aldgate. Bus D7 goes to Asda at Crossharbour and Canary Wharf. Bus 277 goes to Aldgate Mile End Canary Wharf. Bus 135 thats new goes from Aldgate to Shroeditch (goes through Old St Greenwich) There are both N15 and N7 operating in the night. Westferry Dlr only 3 minutes Canary Wharf Jubilee Line only takes 10-15 minutes walk. Ok thats all for now Please reply this thread if youre interested My mobile number is 07737235974.
