We re looking for a clean tidy and friendly person to join our flatshare for 3 months minimum. The available room is medium-sized and provided with a one-place-and-a-half loft bed. The flat has been newly refurbished and has a large sunny living room with widescreen cable Tv a professionally equipped kitchen (there s a chef between us and I love cooking too and broadband Internet connection. We d prefer a non-smoker but this is not vital. The rent is 368 per month All Bills Included Transport Don t get it wrong Only because there s no Tube nearby doesn t mean you can t travel easily. Hackney Downs train station is less than 5 minutes walk and it takes just 10 minutes to Liverpool Street Hackney Central station is less than 10 minutes walk with trains to Stratford Islington Camden and West London every 15 minutes. And you can use your Oyster season ticket on these isn t it cool? There are plenty of buses too number 30 38 55 56 and 242 all go to Central London while for the night you can count on N38 N55 and 242. Facilities 24h Tesco 10 minutes walk. Hackney Downs park just round the corner. London Fields (and its swimming pool) 15 minutes walk.
