I am looking for a student to share with one male student. The flat is in hyndland it is a double room for rent with shared bathroom and large eating kitchen with seating area. Less than 15 mins walk from Glasgow uni and with the train station just one street down the flat is just 20 mins from the centre of town. The property is in great condition and has recently been redecorated. The rooms are actually alot bigger than they look in the pictures. Rent is 280 pounds per month plus bills (gas electric internet) One months rent deposit. Looking for a tennant from now until the end of the summer but a longer lease could be available if needed.
