I have a 2 bedroomed house and my housemate is moving out at the end of April. The Kitchen comes with gas hob cooker with electric oven fridge freezer and dining table chairs microwave iron board etc (regret no dishwasher.apart from me that is Lounge has 32 inch Tv Sky Tv Dvd player recorder telephone and internet access. Lovely living flame gas fire (keeping the need for having the central heating on to a minimum hence saving on bills) Lovely quiet location and neighbours are really nice. Rent is £320 per month bills (which will be shared equally although I cover the cost of Sky Telephone line rental and Broadband. Telephone gives free weekend landline calls. Ok bit about me i am a very young at heart 38 year old professional and work in the city centre and manage a recruitment office. I am very clean and tidy (sometimes a bit over tidy my friends say but better that than messy surely I work long hours and am out by 7am and not ususally in until after 7pm. away some weekends visiting family and enjoy being homely but going out for some fun in the city.
