I have a double room in a furnished house in Hatch Warren Basingstoke. The house is quite new and recently decorated so it is in excellent condition and is well kept. The house is on the Beggarwood estate and is one of the nicer parts of town. There is a co-op Dr surgery dentist and pharmacy within a stones throw from the house and a bus stop across the road. It is a quiet estate and there is a nice garden out the back. There is a living room with Tv and entertainment system couches dining table and all the kitchen mod cons you would expect (dishwasher washing machine wok burner microwave etc) There is a toilet and bathroom with bath ensuite in the room and also a toilet downstairs. Looking for someone male or female who is clean and considerate to take over room from current flatmate who is moving in with his girlfriend. References would be an advantage as would someone who has lived in a shred house before and is happy to muck in maintaining the place.
