Room to rent in shared student house (Kensington Fields, Price: £42pw)
Description
We currently have a room to rent in a four-bed student house on saxony road kensington fields. Rent is £42.50p per week plus bills which average £6 per person per week 100 holding deposit is required until tenancy which can start June-Sept 2008 until next May-June 2009. There are two female post-grads and one male second year who will be living in the house so we are looking preferably for a final year post-grad but will consider any applicant but you Must be good with dogs as we have two cocker spaniels i.e must be willing to let them in the yard on the odd occassion we may be out the house for a while etc. Please contact me either by email or send a text as I dont often answer my phone to unknown numbers.
