I have a room available to rent in a lovely semi detatched house with a large garden. I am a 22 year old mum of a 3 yr old who works full time. I need someone to move in asap preferably with own furniture. I can supply a bed if needs be. The house is newly decorated with a large brand new fitted kitchen dining room.
