House room flat bedsit needed Asap for professional woman (Oxford City, Price: £1, 250pcm)

Hello The house I am living in has been under offer forever and I ve just found out I ve got a week to move out or the sale will fall through. Yay. So I find myself in need of some accommodation and fairly quickly. I work in Jericho and would prefer to live within a reasonable walk (in any direction) from Carfax. I don t want to live outside near or overlooking the Ring Road. I can afford to spend up to £500pcm although the closer it gets to the top of my bracket the more bills I d like to be included. I smoke but have been trained to do so outdoors only. I d like to live with nice chilled people who work hard and play hard who will hang out together watching trashy telly but won t be offended on those days you just want to be alone who care enough about the place they live to keep it nice but not so much that hoovering is a 24-hour job. If I sound like someone you could live with (or at least someone you wouldn t mind sticking in a bedsit or studio you re renting) please get in touch. Thanks Kate
