Stop Here Ltd provides a professional and friendly service as landlords ourselves we know how important it is to get the right tenant we look after your property like it was our own and cover a fairly small area so that we can do just that. We currently have tenants looking for property in the Cheshire and Merseyside areas. If you ve had enough of being kept in the dark not being paid on time and generally unprofessional service from your letting agent give us a call. We can do minor repairs paint touch ups etc for a fraction of the cost of getting trades people out we can do the kind of jobs a landlord would if they were close-by. We also have a team of reliable tradespeople available for more major work. We aim to keep both landlords and tenants happy it s in our best interest to have a long-term good tenant resulting in a long and happy landlord-agent relationship. On top of this our rates are excellent. We charge 10 (inc Vat) per month from the second month and half the first month s rent to find a tenant this includes everything inventory check in setting tenants up with water and council tax section 21 notice renewal of the tenancy even touch-ups of paint between tenants Check these rates out against other letting agents you ll be surprised what you can get charged for We also don t believe in charging tenants the earth to move in we do obviously charge the usual deposit (one month s rent) but do not charge an admin fee and only charge them what it costs us to do their credit check.
