The house will be fully renovated and fitted with new central heating throughout and new double-glazing. The house will come with new furniture including double beds in every room. New fitted kitchen and bathroom will also be available at the property. If you are familiar with the area you will know what an ideal location the house is in for the student community. Liverpool city centre is 5 mins bus journey away. All amenities are close by including a newly built Tesco superstore. Work has not yet started on the property but will be in the next 1 2 weeks and will take approx 12 weeks to complete. The property will come complete with Gas and Electrical safety certificates. The rent will be £50 per week per person and a deposit of £150 per person (No bills are included apart from free broadband) The contract will be from 1st July 2008 Until 30th June 2009 From the 1st July 2008 until 1st September 2008 (9 weeks) a summer retainer comes into effect. The rent will be £25.00 per person per week for these 9 weeks. From 1st September 2008 until 30th June 2009 the full rent of £50 per person per week is required for these 43 weeks.
