The room has a double bed large chest of drawers wardrobe cd dvd storage and an ensuite. You would be sharing the house with two young professionals and the cat kevin. The house has a front and back garden and driveway with space for a car. The rent includes all bills (except phone) and council tax and the shortest stay would be 6 months the rent also inludes the use of a gym and swimming pool just around the corner from the house. The house is clean and tidy and we are looking for a housmate who is tidy likes cats and is between 20-30.
