House is double gazed gas central heating and directly opposite the Gorse ride primary school. The local shops are a 5 min walk away with chemist bus stop and Gp as close too. Forest and California country park are a 2min walk over the road behind the school. Bracknell forest 7 miles away and Reading 12 miles away. Tesco 3 miles and super stores 7 miles away. Trains 4 miles away and they are busy building a new community centre just next to the school. Ski slopes ice skating go carting rambling cycling bowling great restaurants and coral reef premier swimming complex are all close by (to name a few) Front garden 32x24 Lounge 13x11 Kitchen diner 23x8 Back garden 32x24 Bedroom1 12x9 Bedroom3 10x9 Bedroom2 10x9 shower bathroom Separate toilet and bathroom upstairs. Bath with fitted power shower. We stripped the entire house of wallpaper and painted all walls white when we moved in 3 years ago. Stripped the kitchen but haven t got around to painting it because we are waiting for new kitchen to be installed by Council before decorating so you will have to excuse the kitchen.
