We are looking to buy a family property. Ideally it will be detached with a minimum of four bedrooms with lounge dining room and study family room. Single or double garage prefer a property on high land with a nice view. Will consider various styles from Chalet to townhouse even quite quirky properties. We are a cash buyer and have been looking for some time but have found a lot of property to be overvalued. We are happy to consider property that needs renovating or tip top condition but if renovation is required it will need to be reflected in the price. I have listed this at a notional £1 only because it has to have a value and will not take a range or values. We do not have a set price in mind and are flexible. Within reason value for money is more important than what we wish to spend. While we may not be looking for a mortgage if we wish to sell at some stage our buyer may be so we cannot pay over the market value for a property. But we will organise any conveyancing very quickly and could purchase the property within approx 14 days subject to surveys and your solicitors time scale.
