Hi there I am the manager of a property investment company we currently manage our own portfolio and properties on behalf of other landlords. We are able to manage your properties for 9 which is cheaper than the standard agency fees. We advertise on all the same portals we are able to organise gas safetys energy performance certs (which will be mandatory for landlords later in 2008) routine maintenance emergency maintenance. My background is in both property management and law therefore I am able to offer all the usual lettings services but also for extra peace of mind I am able to work on the landlords behalf to recover any rent arrears etc in the county court.
