Description

It looks like the UK house crash has finally started. After years of watching people who bought their flats and houses back in the 1990s for next to nothing and then struggling myself in a very expensive renters market while at the same time trying to save up for a flat of my own I have to say that I m not sorry it s happened. Of course the reality is that the banks are covering themselves by refusing to offer 100 mortgages making it yet more difficult for the first-time buyer. I think there is a solution to this. I don t think it s impossible for a couple of people who want to get on the property ladder to co-purchase and to have a legally-binding business agreement between themselves. It s perfectly possible to sub-divide and partially convert a house so that there is some privacy involved and being the owner you ll be interested in looking after it too. I m looking for people who can fit this bill You need to be over 21. You need to have about £10K of your own money to put into this. You must be a full UK citizen resident in the UK for more than ten years. You need to be employed. You need to have good enough social skills to get on with the people you re buying with. You need to be interested in working on the property. You need to be interested in living in London. While we talk about it the house prices will continue to drop and the cheap opportunities will become more available. Please mail me if you might be interested in doing this.
