Luna Yoga offers a fantastic introductory yoga class in Melbourne. Our five week introductory course is suitable for people of all fitness levels who wish to begin or further their practice in Iyengar Yoga. Our trained and experienced teachers will start at the beginning, introducing you to standing poses and twists along with gentle back and forward bends. This gives you a taste of yoga and provides you with the best opportunity to understand the foundations of each pose.We also offer general and experienced yoga classes for regular attendees who are familiar with yoga and want to try more advanced exercises that take their practice to the next level. We’re proud to offer Iyengar Yoga classes in fitzroy that make use of props such as belts, ropes and blocks.
