Hi Myself and my partner are second time buyers.so stamp duty will apply.We looking to sell our apartment and buy a house in the tallaght area other ares considered but there is a catch.It has to be a newly built home no more than 125 Sq meters (To avoid paying stamp duty) Would also buy off plans.
